My friend Amy and I just completed a 5k together. We have been training together since February using the c25k plan (Couch-to-5k) and are really thrilled to have completed this. We both had colds and thought the run was a little intense, but we finished (and in under 31 minutes!!!). I am already looking forward to signing up for more!
Thanks for pushing me along Amy! There were many, many evenings when I didn't feel like working out, but Amy made it fun. It was great to do this with a friend.
